A brilliant chemist, Dr. Pamela Isley would be a test subject by Dr. Jason Woodrue, infamously known as the Floronic Man, to make her like he was, a plant/human hybrid. Being remade from a wallflower to being ravishing, Pam gained a connection to the Green just like Woodrue, and took the name Poison Ivy, often clashing with Batman and his extended family, even if she would ally with other villains now and then, including her best friend Harley Quinn. With her control over nature and pheromones, Poison Ivy is a plant you do not want to touch.
