Character Description
Grandson to Barry Allen born in the 31st century, as an infant, Bart Allen had been experimented on by the Dominators, accelerating his connection to the Speed Force. Growing up in a VR environment, eventually Bart was sent to the 21st century, where he'd meet his cousin Wally, and become the hero Impulse. Though he would mature over time and take on the mantle of Kid Flash, Bart still is the type to jump in first and not ask questions unless necessary, being able to move as fast as his grandfather, father, and cousin are.
