Character Description
Born in 1800's England, Jim Craddock took to a life of crime as a highwayman to support himself. Eventually emigrating to America, Craddock was accused of a crime he didn't commit and was killed by Nighthawk, a reincarnation of Prince Khufu. Only able to pass to the afterlife if his killer's spirit went to the next plane of existence, when he learned about Khufu's circumstances, Craddock became mad. Eventually in the 1940's, he would appear as a supervillain, the Gentleman Ghost, battling against Hawkman and Hawkgirl, as well as working with other villains over the decades.
