Character Description
A prominent tennis star, Bette Kane got so used to the adulation of fans she wanted a challenge, leading her to find Robin, leading her to become Bat-Girl (no relation to Barbara Gordon), upgrading to becoming Flamebird when Dick Grayson became Nightwing. Though she stumbled along the way, Bette has been motivated to continue her work as a crimefighter, stepping up her game big time, aiding the Titans whenever she could while working solo in Los Angeles, even catching up with her cousin Kate Kane (aka Batwoman).
