Patrick 'Eel' O'Brian (Plastic Man) meets Doom Patrol Member Rita Farr (Elasti-Woman). The pair bond but Plas falls for hard for Rita but Rita isn't THAT keen into getting with him. They discover that a woman with same abilities as them is acting suspiciously. As they close, in they discover it's Madame Rouge, a member of the Supervillain Team, The Brotherhood of Evil. She is stealing hight tech equipment for a diabolical scheme to brainwash innocent civilians. Can they stop her?
