F8 or known as Fate is an Former RCPD Police Officer who's been terminated due to reckless actions, and now he's a Top Racer in Redview County - overtaking Zephyr's Spot. Sometime later, a New protagonist street racer named "Zero" arrived at Redview County for 3 years later. Checking out what's going on.
