Fan Casting Mirror of Tomorrow - 1x03 - Pirates of Dust (2013)

In a post-apocalyptic future, almost all the water on the planet has dried up and the remaining water is managed by the large megacorporation H5O, which also creates artificial water. Where once there was the Pacific Ocean, a little girl named Nadia (Storm Reid) lives in an old building that was once an oil aquifer in the ocean. Nadia is now left without her mother Risha (Vanessa Williams) and her father Rocky (Terrence Howard) has been kidnapped by the Cloud Reapers. It will be Nadia's task to find her father, discover her mother's secret and defeat the H50 and its tyranny.
