Fan Casting Maniac Mansion & Day of the Tentacle

Maniac Mansion (1987) and its sequel Day of the Tentacle (1993) are classic point and click adventure games. Maniac Mansion follows teenage protagonist Dave Miller as he attempts to rescue his girlfriend from a mad scientist, whose mind has been enslaved by a sentient meteor. Day of the Tentacle follows Bernard Bernoulli from Maniac Mansion and his friends Hoagie and Laverne as they attempt to stop the evil Purple Tentacle—a sentient, disembodied tentacle—from taking over the world. The player takes control of the trio and solves puzzles while using time travel to explore different periods of history. Both games take place at the Edison mansion.
