Fan Casting Life of John

John, a former hitman, finds himself in an unexpected scenario. Gunned down by his former allies he is seen as the first of a "test project": being stuck on Earth until he can prove what afterlife he's destined for. Preferring to live a mundane life he works a slow job and keeps contact to the minimum, until he allows shelter to a young runaway. Realizing she's a rookie thief pursued by the underlings of a violent crime boss the idea of a purpose and a final end presents itself, if they make it alive that is.
