A young adult by the name of Max Caulfield, is adjusting to Blackwell Academy in Arcadia Bay Oregon, after coming back from Seattle. After a mind twisting morning in photography class, Max discovers she has the ability to rewind time, and reunites with her childhood best friend, Chloe Price. Max and Chloe work as partners in crime to solve the mysteries of Arcadia Bay, Blackwell Academy, and most importantly, Caulfield's unreal time abilities. As the pair uncover more and more secrets of their town, the air feels cold around them, as if a storm was coming.
