Character Description
The protagonist of the story, George Bailey is a kind-hearted, compassionate man who dreams of doing big things for himself and for his loved ones. However, when he experiences financial troubles during the holidays, he begins to think that everything would be better if he never existed and plans to take his own life on Christmas Eve. However, an angel comes to save him by showing him how precious and incredible his life is and how much he means to his friends and family and to the world.
