    Since it's set in London, it needs a British cast or actors who can do an authentic British accent. For 57 year old Iona, I suggest Meryl Streep, for Emmie I suggest Carey , for Piers I'm picturing a 40 year old Colin Firth. Kiera Knightly could be either Judy or Deborah. David needs to be a non-descript, older man who is nearing retirement age. Sanjay should be an Indian actor about Carey Mulligan's

    For Emmie I suggest Emma Watson or Carey Mulligan. Sanjay should be the same age. I can't think of any black British actresses in their late 50s to early 60s to play Bea. Toby would be the same age or a bit older than the actress who plays Emmie.
