An extraterrestrial Green Lantern, first appearing in Tales of the Corps and created by Alan Moore in the mid 80s. With the strongest members of the Corps still under Superman's regime's thrall, Fan is one of the GLs who venture to the Ion back up battery to ensure it keeps churning out rings for the chosen.

He's part of the newly dubbed Honor Guard, and has held his own against Black Adam.
