Story Plot

During Halloween night, Michael, a six-year-old boy, murders his family with a kitchen knife. He is committed to a mental institution from which he flees fifteen years later, precisely on Halloween. The psychopath returns to his hometown and commits a series of murders. While his psychiatrist Doctor Samuel Loomis tries to catch him with the help of a young Frank Hawkins and a young Pete Mccabe.
