Story Plot
The film begins with the Green Arrow waiting, outside an airport, for the arrival of his girlfriend, Dinah, but is stuck in traffic due to the arrival of Princess Perdita. Meanwhile, Count Vertigo hires Merlyn to assassinate Perdita, who is Vertigo's niece. Princess Perdita is now the queen of Vlatava due to the king, Perdita's father, being murdered by Vertigo. While Perdita is at an airport in the United States, Merlyn attacks. The Green Arrow discovers Vertigo's plan and is forced to intervene. The Archer dispatches several of Merlyn's henchmen, keeping the Lost Princess
