Billionaire Oliver Queen, inspired by the efforts of the justice league, has decided to use the skills he used to survive long ago a long side his wealth to become a hero of his own. The Green Arrow. After some time working in his home turf of Star City Queen runs into a threat he faced many years ago, the reformed assassin Floyd Lawton or Deadshot. Lawton has his eyes on killing Senator Amanda Waller for unknown reasons with Green Arrow working to stop him. Queen is perplexed as he thought Lawton had retired when his daughter was born, but with him back in the game something must have happened. And when Queen does figure out the truth, he’s caught up in a decade long conspiracy involving Government experiments, Secret Task Forces, and some good old fashion murder.
