Green Arrow & Black Canary are Star City’s protectors, they’ve taken on Roy Harper as his sidekick. Things go bad when the mysterious Prometheus turns up and starts laying traps for the Heroes. We learn Prometheus is an expert hand to hand fighter and incredibly smart. Prometheus kidnaps Roy’s daughter and tells the team to meet him on the roof of Queen Industries. Prometheus beats Black Canary, throws Green Arrow of the roof (uses his arrow to land safely) and rips Roy’s arm off. Oliver calls the League for help but Prometheus has already been planned by Prometheus. Oliver & Dinah set a meeting with Prometheus to settle this once and for all. They fight and they’re holding their own. Prometheus is live-streaming the whole fight and he tells them they’re too late then he calls a number and a massive bomb goes off blowing up half of Star City. The heroes are devastated and Oliver in rage jumps out of the window with Prometheus they just about survive the fall and when there is a crowd around them Oliver shoots an arrow straight into Prometheus’ eye killing him. Oliver unmasks Prometheus revealing it is his childhood friend Tommy Merlyn & Ollie breaks down and hands himself over to SCPD. Mid Credit Scene:- Lex Goes To Visit Roy At Metropolis General And Brings Him A Bionic Arm Calling Him An Arsenal. End Credit Scene:- Oliver Is In His Cell And He Gets Released By A.R.G.U.S. Who tell him “Now you owe me one too”.
