Character Description
Andrew Kishino as Storm Shadow/Thomas "Tommy" Arashikage- Cobra Commander's ninja bodyguard and assassin, he can trace his lineage through thirty generations of assassins. He is a classic character study in conflict. Storm Shadow can trace his family history through thirty generations of assassins, as he was trained by the Arashikage ninja clan along with his cousin Jinx and his former army buddy Snake Eyes, when his uncle the Soft Master was killed, Tommy would go down a darker path ending up in the arms of Cobra.
