Richard Epcar as Scrap-Iron-For a man who loves to blow things up, Scrap-Iron's need for perfection borders on the obsessive-compulsive. When Destro hired him to work at MARS, not just for his explosive speeches, but also his mechanical ingenuity. Area of specialization is remote-launched, laser-guided, rocket-propelled piezo-electric fused anti-tank weapons. These weapons are categorized beyond the "smart" stage and are known by the nomenclature: "brilliant."*
