Andrew Love as Overlord/Mikhail Derenko-Rising up from the ranks of one of Cobra's elite legions, the
Overlord is a power-hungry authoritarian bent on becoming the next leader of Cobra, but the Cobra Emperor Serpentor is already leading, but he has the Coil under his Dictator. A charismatic Cobra Command officer who has managed to sway many others to his cause to topple Cobra Commander and Serpentor, in an order to return, Cobra to the values espoused by their original leader.
