Character Description
Jim Cummings-The man behind Cobras Brian Wave Scanner, acting as both a torture and interrogation device used to break any victim who is luckless to cross Cobras path. After being banned from working for the US government, Dr. Venom retreated to his remote jungle laboratory in Sierra Gordo and began extracting plant toxins for use in mind-control experiments on the natives. When his funds ran out, he accepted an offer to work for Cobra.
