Story Plot
The rise of criminal activity in Gotham along with Grayson leaving Gotham for college has put Batman on the front lines. But when a vile young criminal calling himself the Joker suddenly throws the town into chaos, the caped Crusader begins to tread a fine line between heroism and vigilantism. Meanwhile, Bruce reconciles with a former lover, Andrea Beaumont, and faces a mysterious vigilante also hunting the Joker, the titular Phantasm.
