In a time where Heroes are becoming more prominent, actor Drake Mallard decided to take a bite out of the business, and so far he cleaned up the mess of Neutron and put Calamitous behind bars (Albeit Temporarily) and help defeat Mewtwo, Marvin The Martian, and Vilgax. Returning to Duckburg, Darkwing finds that a scientist who has become half Duck half plant is terrorizing the city to get even with those who wronged him.
