Melissa Gouvêa is totally focused on her profession. Responsible for the family's financial situation, including her mother's expensive medical treatment, the determined assistant dreams of becoming Allure's event producer. As getting married is not part of her plans at the moment, she is startled to learn that her boyfriend was seen buying an engagement ring. But Mel shouldn't have worried so much, since the ring wasn't for her and, even worse, Allure was hired for the scoundrel's ceremonial. Even so, Melissa accepts the biggest challenge of all: producing her ex's wedding. The mess in her life increases when she finds herself sharing an apartment with the most irritating, cynical, cheeky — and unfortunately very handsome — guy she knows. Melissa should focus on keeping what's left of her heart safe and surviving her ex's marriage.
