Story Plot
Henry James Johnson has a dog named Charlie. He brings it to a small town called Strawcrop Missisippi where no dogs are allowed. Mayor Livemi, the evil mayor of the town, does whatever it takes to prevent Charlie from "endangering" the community of Townspeople.
