After the end of The War of Pestilent Smoke, where Shao Kahn fell from grace, a new adventure arises. 20 years after the end of Shao's empire, Kitana Kahnum rules in peace with her husband the former champion of Earthreal and now god of fire, Liu Kang. Kung Lao is Outworld's and Earthrealm's most loyal champion and it will be up to him to face the new political forces that rise from the Chaosrealm.
