Natasha was going to german as an undercover shield agent.She was caught by nick fury about her operation.He told German elite force about Natasha.For their citizen safety they called thunderbolt Ross to conduct an dangerous experiment on himself.After the experiment Thunderbolt ross became Red hulk.
