It took 32 years for District 6 to gain a victor and when they did he was not a pinnacle of the elite warrior image the Capitol likes to paint. Due to trauma in the arena-a tragic romance with the girl from District 1, stabbing the boy from District 12 to death, shoving the boy from 1 off a balcony with a spear in the finale-Scott became extremely addicted to morphling after his victory and to date is the only male victor from District 6. He largely abandoned contact with his parents after his addiction but later joined the rebellion. As of 75 AR he is still alive age 59; he was killed by Gloss Sol in the 3rd Quarter Quell on the first day.
