Story Plot
The fourteenth Globe Minders story set in Atlanta, Georgia about a young man who was born on a leap day so he ages every four year, his last age was 17 since he left Earth in 1962 due to a Cuban Missile Crisis, however time in space is different so he's never aged, he returns to Earth in 1992 noticing the changes for the past years.
