In November 1998. In a newly constructed Ogawa apartment complex Tomoe Enjou finds himself murdering both of his parents, in a panic he flees the scene. To his surprise he is not being pursued by the law. After Shiki Ryougi defends Tomoe from a group of thugs, she allows him to use her residence as a hideout.
