Mitchell Van Morgan is an anime-influenced animation media franchise created by MTV Networks Japan K.K. for Nickelodeon and owned by ViacomCBS Inc. (via Nickelodeon). The series chronicles the adventures and endeavors of the title character Mitchell Van Morgan and his friends in the fictional city of Raleighopolis (a city entirely based on North Carolina (USA)). Mitchell Van Morgan is the title character, the central character and main protagonist of the Mitchell Van Morgan series. He is an autistic, epileptic, moderate, coolheaded and tough Afro-latin American teenage cartoonist/rock musician born with the ability to run at the speed of sound and uses traditional karate, hence his name, and possesses lightning-fast reflexes to match. He can also accelerate, primarily to attack enemies. Ever since stepping into the battle against injustice, Mitchell has been the champion of peace and is renowned the world over for saving it countless times.
