Peter Parker, everyone having forgotten him, is trying to live an everyday life. However, one day, a group of criminals kidnaps Peter's old classmate Flash Thompson. Flash had lost his legs while returning from MIT, and now works as Kingpin's new agent Agent Venom. Peter decides to bond with the Venom symbiote to save Flash. With the power of the Venom symbiote, Peter saves Flash and fights Kingpin. However, Kingpin is very strong and is about to defeat Peter when Matt Murdock and Maya Lopez appear. Matt Murdock, as Daredevil, helps Peter, and Maya Lopez, as Echo, helps him defeat Kingpin. After defeating Flash and Kingpin, Peter decides not to use the power of the Venom symbiote for evil. He takes the symbiote to a laboratory and keeps it safe there. Peter, now forgotten by everyone, continues to live an everyday life. However, he is always ready to return to Spider-Man when needed.
