Synopsis

11 years have passed since Xaviax was defeated. A new group of Riders have been summoned into Ventara by a mysterious figure named "Odin". With only Advent Decks and the words "If you do not fight, you will not survive" to guide them, they engage in a battle that could decide the fate of the two worlds. What is it that they are fighting for? And who will be the last one standing?

Description of Bradley Smythe (Kamen Rider Incisor):

Bradley works as a detective in Gramercy Heights. In reality, he is a serial killer who uses his detective skills to implicate others for his crimes. After receiving the Volcancer Advent Deck, he joins the New Rider War to cause more murders and conceal them from the public.
