Fancasting for an adaptation of the best Hunger Games fanfiction of all time. Forget the actual prequel book for a second. For victors who appeared in the films e.g. Blight, Brutus, the morphlings you are permitted to offer options other than the actors who played them in the film.

Description of Odysseus Wheeler [Victor of the 73rd Hunger Games] [District 4]:

Odysseus was orphaned at a young age and raised in District 4's Community home; a capable figheter and strategist, he joined the Career training and volunteered aged 15. His mentor, Halibut Shore, was gruff but helpful; Odysseus listened to his advice carefully. In the arena he went solo-sometimes nude-due to clashing with the other Careers. He made a total of five kills; the female tributes from Districts 1 and 9 and the male tributes from Districts 2, 7 and, in the finale, District 10 [which was considered famous; Odysseus had to kill him with a brick]. Following these Odysseus joined the rebellion; as of the 3rd Quarter Quell he is still alive age 17.
