He's a stubborn Triceratops who never trusts humans, Kryptonians or their culture. He arrives in Metropolis and ask Superman to join his herd in seek revenge. When he refuses, Topsy briefly fights him, After the fight, he says that he's no longer Superman's hero before leaving and forbid Spike and Tippy from playing each other and ban Littlefoot from dating his daughter, Amber. Later on, after Superman stop the destruction in Metropolis caused by the new landmass's growth. Topsy is proud to call him his hero and Tippy is allowed to play and interact with Spike and the others and he allows Littlefoot to date his daughter Amber
