In his civilian identity, he is the president and CEO of the Medhall Corporation. In costume, he is the leader of Empire Eighty-Eight, a white supremacist gang in Brockton Bay. His superpower allows him to create and manipulate metal. A cold and calculating man, both in costume and out.
