Character Description
(Played by Victor Zinck Jr. in Supergirl and by Shaw Madson in Superman and Lois). Philllip Karnowsky is a former U.S. Navy Seal-turned-vigilante who targeted criminals who escaped justice. His methods were seen as extreme by Guardian, who confronted and defeated him. Afterwards, he was incarcerated.
