    @giacomooffredi (Knuckles has formulated a rescue plan, but he can't leave Tails alone, so he keeps Sonic's promise to protect their brother. Knuckles and Tails hide behind a rock just 20 feet away from the Egg Base's front door. Four Badniks guard it) Knuckles: Okay. We should be safe for now.

    @giacomooffredi Knuckles: Okay, Tails. I want you to do one thing for me, okay? (puts tails down and ropes him to a tree trunk) Stay . . . here . . . okay? (Tails just sits there, looking adorable) Knuckles: I'll take that as a yes. (turns to bag) Okay. There's GOTTA be some stuff in here to get Sonic out. (But as Knuckles searches for rescue tools, little did he know that he didn't tie it good enough. Tails saw a butterfly and began to follow it, leading towards the Badniks!!!!) Badnik 1: Alert. Life form detected. Find and destroy. (Knuckles heard that, shocked.) Knuckles: Tails? (looks behind him) Oh dear Gaia. TAILS!!!!
