Adriana's biological cousin and adopted brother, who also serves as a recurring NPC in the story via sidequest. He's since become a mechanic, and is slowly working his way through an apprenticeship when you run into him during a job. He catches wind of the attacks from you, and not only comes to your aid, but also upgrades your vehicles while you're on Earth as well. Vaguely adult-aged, VAs of color only.
