The film’s main villain, head of Holmwood Institution. He’s one of the only humans aware of the existence of Baskerville, given he’s the man responsible for the experiments that created them. His late wife’s death and estranged relationship with his daughter Cheyenne plays a key role in shaping his obsession with keeping Baskerville safe and under his control, leading to him resorting to enabling segregation, isolation, and even murdering his subjects who oppose his vision. It’s only once the Holmwood kids fight back and he’s killed that his reign of terror finally ends.
