Leo Hopper is a Sergeant of N.E.S.T. who serves under commands of both his superiors, Lieutenant Colonel Yukio Minami and Major Misato Suzuki, and he dedicated himself to protect Earth from The Decepticon Remnants. When Thunderwing and Bludgeon lead the remaining Decepticon Remnants for their plan to cause chaos and destruction, Sergeant Hopper is ready to defend Earth as N.E.S.T. and The Autobots prepare to put an end to Thunderwing's plan.
