Fan Casting Porcius in Trans Wizard Story

A cop who serves as a major antagonist in the story. Porcius is a law enforcement officer who only really enforces it when he needs a pay raise or wants to spend his time harassing kids who wear their colors a little too proudly for his liking—otherwise, he's usually found playing games on his magiphone or chowing down on donuts. Kowling gets his squadron to "investigate" your academy for fraudulent crimes based on evidence she planted, and he's more than happy to take up her offer, if only because it means he'll likely get a pay raise if it works.
