Kipper is not your average dog. For one thing, he lives in a house and does all the things that a human will do. His house by the way, is right near Tidmouth Sheds. His best friend is Tiger, a gray Scottish terrier. His family consists of his two adoptive penguin children, Pingu and Pinga, plus his owners, Mike the Knight and Evie. He's a polite, quiet dog who always remembers his manners. He also has a big heart and is willing to give anyone a second chance. Even to those who don't deserve it. He lives by his motto, a friend in need, is a friend indeed. We would all like a dog like Kipper.
