Barney is the Island of Sodor's only baker. He runs the Super dee Duper Caboose Bakery, which was built from an old caboose that a engine left behind years ago. It also serves as his house, which means he lives there too. He has a wife named Angelina Mouseling, who's also a part time ballet teacher. He also has a son named BJ, aka Barney Jr, a nephew named Riff, and a daughter named Baby Bop. His next door neighbor is Bob the Builder, who's also his best friend. He has a pet seal named Robby and a pet talking dog named Tiger. When Barney was born, he was given magical powers. And that's why sometimes he performs at local talent shows, although his magic powers aren't as strong as the wands of fairies, wizards and magicians. Bob can sometimes get annoyed at Barney's antics, even though most of the time, he tries to be a good neighbor. At the end of the day however, Barney is able to show us that love and friendship always come out on top. Even winning the heart of a certain builder.
