Age ???, the Norse god of thunder and current king of Asgard who wields the mighty hammer Mjolnir. Once a boorish and selfish prince who only lived to fight strong opponents across the Nine Realms, Thor was banished from his home and stripped of his powers by the Allfather Odin to teach the arrogant Asgardian a lesson in humility. There, he meets and falls in love with a human paramedic named Jane Foster, and his growing attachment to the humans of Earth convinces Thor to turn himself around, take back his rightful place on Asgard as heir to the throne, and become one of the Avengers. Ever since his father Odin sacrificed himself to stop Ragnarok, Thor’s kingly duties often kept him away from fighting alongside the Avengers, but when he felt his team needed him, Thor was always ready to fight for Midgard.
