Character Description
Age 45, an eccentric Oscorp scientist who helped keep Norman Osborn alive after his presumed death in the final battle between Spider-Man & the Green Goblin by preserving his head in cryogenic stasis and uses his DNA to create his clone, Normie Osborn. Unbeknownst to Norman; however, Carlton and his colleagues at Viper Worldwide plan to build a master race of superhuman beings to take over the world, and Carlton wants Normie and Mayday to lead his army.
