Fan Casting Permanent Naughty Plaque in The Nice List and Naughty List (My Version)

The Permanent Naughty Plaque is an enchanted wall plaquette first introduced in The PowerPuff Girls Christmas special, 'Twas the Fight Before Christmas.
The plaque was made presumably by Santa Claus at the North Pole who uses it as an alternate naughty list against anybody who is SO naughty, rotten, and despicable, irrespective of their bad attitudes, actions, behaviors, etc. that they are beyond redemption and/or forgiveness from the severity of their naughtiness as eternal punishment via Christmas magic, therefore never receiving any Christmas presents ever again for the rest of their lives.
