Character Description
A more comic accurate version of the character, bright, vicious, sadistic and colourful, with edges of nuance here and there. Almost like Thor's version of the Joker. I can't think of anyone better for this role than Andy, bonus points for needless additional CGI so he can amp up the performance acting lol.
