it is the year 2099, Maidai Phoenix is the daughter of the original Scorpion-Soldier/Paxton Phoenix. She knows what her father used to be when he was younger but she doesn't want to cause any trouble with the law even know she wants to fight crime as a vigilante like her father was before. But when The Centipede, a new supervillain to her city rises, it leaves her no choice but to become a vigilante and get in trouble with the law. She decides that her superhero name is Scorpion-Mare instead of Scorpion-Soldier because that was her father's superhero name. She then clashes in a battle with The Centipede. Many people get hurt, and many die. But in the end, only one shall stand.
