Character Description
A historian and former member of the Blades, Esbern is obsessed with the ancient dragons and their role in Skyrim’s history. His extensive knowledge about dragons, including Alduin’s role in the apocalypse, makes him a key ally to the Dragonborn. Though initially cautious, Esbern’s loyalty to the Dragonborn becomes undeniable as the threat of Alduin grows.
